John Cromwell III

John is unparalleled in his ability to think critically, multitask effectively, and motivate diverse groups. His 21 years of law enforcement experience include an extensive and accomplished career with the Baltimore City Police Department, where he served posts including Patrol Officer, Narcotics Investigator, Central Records Sergeant, Police Academy Supervisor and Instructor, and Range Master.

As Range Master, John taught hundreds of civilian courses to grand juries, prosecutors, politicians, and University of Maryland medical staff, amongst others. He implemented departmental policy change and developed new programs to improve the instruction of topics including real-world combat shooting techniques and the physiological effects of violence.

Already a graduate of the Baltimore Police Academy and holder of an Associate in Arts degree in Criminal Justice, he is currently pursuing a B.S. in Security Management.
